For preliminary registration please fill the form (available below) and send it to
the address: ptg2015@up.wroc.pl
The paraticipant form includes:
• name and surname
• academic title
• place of employment (with address)
• e-mail, Phone number
• authors, the title and form of presentation
• preferred one-day field session
• participation in the two-days session (4-5.09.2015)
Registration and the form of presentation will be confirmed
by e-mail after receiving conference fee.
